Pamela Anderson is marking International Women’s Day with a touching message about strength, growth, and self-acceptance.
The actress used her skincare brand Sonsie’s social media platform to share a typewriter-style note addressed to women everywhere on Sunday, March 8. The image showed a message tucked inside an envelope, reading: “To every woman… still healing, still dreaming, still growing… you are already enough. Strong, wise, beautiful. With love, always, Pamela.”
The accompanying caption celebrated women across the globe. “today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the beauty, strength and individuality of women everywhere 💌,” the brand wrote. “we believe beauty is personal, evolving, and something that belongs entirely to you 💐.”
Anderson’s sons, Brandon and Dylan, showed their support in the comments. Brandon added a shooting star emoji, while Dylan left a star and flower emoji beneath the post.
The message aligns closely with the philosophy Anderson has been adopting in recent years. After decades in the spotlight, the 58-year-old has been open about shifting toward a more natural and intentional way of living.

Speaking on TODAY with Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones in February, Anderson, 58, reflected on how her outlook has evolved over time. “Everyday is a reset. Imperfection is sensual and romantic and I like to live a romantic life. Self care is really important, it’s not just a catch phrase,” she said.
That mindset has also shaped her skincare line, which focuses on simplicity and authenticity rather than complicated routines or unrealistic beauty standards.
Nature, Anderson says, continues to inspire her approach to wellness. One example is her now-viral rhubarb lip balm, which she said was inspired by a childhood memory. “My rhubarb lip balm was inspired by my favorite vegetable—dipped in sugar the way my grandma used to do,” she explained.
