LOGAN, Utah (ABC4) — Popular Youtuber “BeardMeatsFood” recently finished a massive dessert platter at a local Logan restaurant as part of his ongoing series of food challenges throughout the world.
The bearded content creator visited Angie’s, an American diner at the corner of 700 North and Main Street in Logan, to attempt the “Kitchen Sink Challenge.” The platter consists of “two whole bananas, mounds of vanilla ice cream, three toppings of your choice, covered in whipped cream and topped with chopped nuts and a cherry,” according to the Angie’s menu.
The giant banana split costs $24.99 and is served in a small kitchen sink bolted to a block of wood, large enough to serve a large table of hungry customers. If you finish it at the table on your own, you get a bumper sticker that says, “I Cleaned the Sink at Angie’s!”
BeardMeatsFood completed the challenge in just under 21 minutes, calling the ice cream sundae “ginormous.”
If you think you have what it takes, head down to Angie’s diner in Logan, serving locals American classics since 1983.
