David Beckham celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 by paying homage to the fierce women in his life.

David, 50, shared a series of photos on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, March 8, featuring his wife, Victoria Beckham, his daughter, Harper, his mother, and several other women who keep him continually inspired.

“So grateful to the strong women in my life,” he wrote in text overlaid on a photo of Victoria, 51, and Harper, 14.

He also shared several throwbacks of Harper, and included a snap of his mother, Sandra Beckham, with the words “Thank you Mum.” Another photo shows Victoria posing with Sandra and her own mother, Jackie Adams.

The former soccer star also used the day, which is celebrated annually on March 8, to shine a light on “all the inspiring young women and girls” he has “met around the world” through UNICEF, which provides humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide.

“This International Women’s Day, I’m thinking of all the inspiring young women and girls I’ve met around the world … who are driving change in their communities,” David wrote in a post on his Instagram Stories, along with photos of himself with women and girls across multiple countries and cultures.

“Today and every day we must protect opportunities for girls to thrive and succeed. The future is brighter when every girl is empowered to reach their full potential,” he had added in a follow-up post.

The posts came two days after David shared an Instagram post marveling at Victoria’s recent show at Paris Fashion Week, where she unveiled her Fall/Winter 2026 womenswear collection.

“We are always so proud and astonished about what you achieve every single season raising the bar and continuing to live the dream that you have worked so hard for… You and your team really are incredible and we are proud to be here to witness the beauty that you continue to bring to each collection 🩷 We Love You 🩷 @victoriabeckham 🩷 & I love Paris,” he wrote in the caption.

While the post featured several family photos from the trip, the couple’s eldest child, son Brooklyn Beckam, and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, were notably absent amid their ongoing family feud.

Despite the fact that Brooklyn publicly stated that he wanted to cut ties with his parents in a January statement shared on his Instagram Stories, David posted a tribute to Brooklyn on his 27th birthday on March 4.
