EL CAJON (FOX 5/ KUSI) – Oceanside’s Frontwave Arena is set to host SD Fight Night on April 18th, and the two headliners on the fight card are local professional boxers Jonny Mansour and JuJu Ballo. Mansour and Ballo are cousins from East County who both train at the Bomber Squad Boxing Academy gym in El Cajon.
La Mesa resident Mansour turned pro back in 2024, and it currently 6-0 with 2 KOs as a lightweight, including two wins when fighting in his hometown of San Diego.
Lakeside resident Ballo turned pro last year and is already 2-0 as a professional featherweight boxer, including an impressive win at Madison Square Garden in his debut over undefeated Brandon Ayala.
Mansour’s & Ballo’s bouts at SD Fight Night will be the first time that the two cousins will be on the same fight card in their hometown of San Diego.
